Difficult people

1. The joker: maybe because he is feeling uncertain?
2. Don’t argue when somebody makes remarks; instead go with him, he will get borred;
3. Admit that the other is telling the truth; know your failures, bad habits, etc; the better your are prepared when the other makes remarks about it;
4. If somebody exagerates tell him in front of others; probably they will confirm and react;
5. Passive-agressive person: he does not make clear his opinion but he is only focused on what he wants; avoid them! Neglect your personal feelings. Make things very clear in black and white. Show the consequences if something is not done; follow-up! Stay positive
6. Dominant-type: compliment them; ask reactions of other participants; interfear and ask for a pause;
7. The talker: stop talking and look at them; stress the importance of the subject;
8. I know it better: repeat his saying to show you understood; concentrate again on the agenda
